Welcome to MeloKura—Your Data, Your Control. This Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) governs your use of MeloKura’s frequency therapy Sound Streams, Affiliate Marketing Programme, and other services via www.melokura.com. By using our services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these terms. MeloKura Limited is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13473499) at Office 735-37 Ludgate Hill, London EC4M 7JN. 1. Services
MeloKura provides Sound Streams (frequency therapy audio for wellness, personalised using usage and biometric data via our partners) and an Affiliate Marketing Programme (earn commissions by promoting MeloKura, requiring personal data e.g., name, email, bank details). Services are for wellness only, not medical advice. We provide and operate the Services, offer customer assistance, and contact you with service-related notices.
2. Your Data
You own your data—always. We collect usage data (age, region, preferences, listening patterns), biometric data (facial recognition, vital signs for personalization), and affiliate data (name, email, bank details). We use data for personalization, improvement, and anonymized research with consent, per our Privacy Policy. You grant MeloKura and our partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non transferable license to use anonymized, aggregated data for research and service improvement, ending on cancellation or consent withdrawal, with no ownership claimed beyond this use.
3. Consent
You provide consent at signup via checkboxes: “I allow data use for Sound Streams” and “I allow biometric processing.” Under 16? Parental consent required at privacy@melokura.com. Withdraw consent anytime via account settings or email, stopping non-essential use. We collect information when you conduct transactions (name, address, email) for the specific purposes stated.
4. Data Protection
We protect data with GDPR-compliant anonymization, EU storage (AWS Ireland), encryption, and audits. Subprocessors (AWS, Hubspot, Datadog, Wix) operate under GDPR agreements. See www.melokura.com/subprocessors.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate data, use services lawfully, and not share account access.
6. Fees and Payments
Sound Stream subscriptions and affiliate commissions are subject to fees outlined at signup. Payments processed securely via Wix, our GDPR-compliant payment subprocessor for GBP and DKK transactions.
7. Termination
Cancel anytime via account settings. We may terminate for breach. On termination, personal data is deleted within 90 days, biometrics immediately, per our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months, except for fraud or willful misconduct. Services are provided “as is” for wellness, not medical use.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by English law, with disputes resolved in English courts.

11. Privacy Policy Updates
