Why organisations choose MeloKura
What measured wellness changes.
Paranna työntekijöiden hyvinvointia: Ääniterapiaa yrityksille
Most wellness programmes can't tell you whether they're working. MeloKura gives every participant a measurable baseline and tracks the change over time – so your wellbeing budget produces data, not just delivery.
Paranna työntekijöiden hyvinvointia: Ääniterapiaa yrityksille
MeloKura runs on the devices your team and clients already own - phones, tablets, laptops. No procurement cycle, no fitting sessions, no broken kit to replace. Roll out across an organisation in days, not quarters.

Who it's for
Four ways organisations use MeloKura.
PRACTITIONERS
Measured wellbeing alongside your care.
Physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic practices use MeloKura to give clients a wellness baseline, rescan before and after sessions, and support self-care between sessions with matched SoundScapes.
Best for: Practitioners who want to add objective wellness measurement alongside their own care.
Retreats
Guests who arrive measured – and leave with their numbers.
Wellness retreats, spa resorts and residential wellbeing centres use MeloKura to give guests a tangible before and after – a scan on arrival, matched SoundScapes through their stay, and a closing scan that shows the change in their own numbers. Something most retreats can't currently offer.
Best for: Retreats that want to give guests an experience that is specific and measurable rather than generically calming.
Corporate
Wellbeing programmes that produce real data.
HR and wellbeing leads use MeloKura to give every employee a private wellness baseline and track aggregate organisational wellbeing over time. Individual scans remain confidential to the employee; the organisation sees only anonymised, aggregated trends – enough to understand whether its wellbeing initiatives are working, without ever crossing the line into individual surveillance.
Best for: Organisations where "we offer wellbeing support" needs to evolve into "here's what our wellbeing investment is actually producing".
Occupational & specialist
Fast, repeatable wellness measurement where it matters.
Occupational health providers, sports performance teams and emergency-services wellbeing programmes use MeloKura where contactless, fast, repeatable wellness measurement adds value – without the friction of wearables or the cost of clinical equipment.
Best for: Organisations where wellness measurement matters but traditional assessment is too slow, too expensive or too intrusive.
How deployment works
From first conversation to live programme.
Most organisations are live with MeloKura within four to six weeks of the first conversation. Here's how that happens.
Discovery call
A 30-minute conversation to understand your context - the organisation, the goals, the cohort, and how MeloKura would fit alongside what you already do. No commitment, no slide deck, no qualifying interrogation.
Tailored proposal
We come back within a week with a written proposal - recommended licence type, pricing, rollout plan, and any integration requirements specific to your organisation. Honest about what's in scope and what isn't.
Pilot (optional)
For larger deployments, we run a 90-day pilot in one department or site – typically 100–250 employees, at the normal price per employee. We agree a success goal with you up front. Under 100 employees, we offer a free 30-day trial.
Rollout & onboarding
We work with your team on the practical rollout: enrolment communications, onboarding sessions for participants, integration with your existing systems where needed, and a designated support contact for the first 90 days.
Ongoing support
After rollout, you get a named account contact, quarterly review meetings, and full access to the organisational dashboard. We optimise the programme alongside you rather than handing over and walking away.
Security · Privacy · Compliance
What your procurement team needs to know.
MeloKura processes biometric and wellness data at scale - and we've built the security, privacy, and compliance posture that institutional procurement requires.
Data in transit and at rest is encrypted, and access is role-controlled and logged. Security documentation is available to procurement on request.
MeloKura Limited is the data controller and complies with UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Personal results are visible only to the employee and shared only with their consent. Fully GDPR compliant.
The scan reads heart rate, heart rate variability and breathing rate from the camera feed. Personal results are visible only to the employee and shared only with their consent. In corporate deployments, the organisation sees only anonymised, aggregated trends – never an identifiable individual result.
The scanning engine has been validated against reference instruments. MeloKura itself is a wellness and lifestyle platform: it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and is not a medical device.

A SCIENTIFICALLY INFORMED APPROACH TO WELLBEING
Studied in research
MeloKura has been studied in research at Aalborg University and in EEG/HRV research in South Korea. In the Aalborg study, MeloKura improved muscle coordination and efficiency, while ordinary relaxing music showed no effect on the same measures.
