Usage Data: Age, region, Sound Stream preferences, listening patterns, subscriptions. Biometric Data: Facial recognition, vital signs (e.g., heart rate) via our partners for personalization. Affiliate Data: Name, email, bank details for affiliates. Website Data: Cookies and analytics (see Cookie Policy).


3. Your Data Rights
You own your data. We claim no ownership. You can access, correct, delete, export, or restrict data, object to non-essential uses, and withdraw consent via account settings or privacy@melokura.com.

7. Data Retention
Data is kept up to 6 years for tax purposes. Personal data is deleted within 90 days of cancellation; biometrics immediately on request.
